Pre-order and Pickup Policy

Pre-order and pickup in Amsterdam 

All our breads are baked to order every Sunday to ensure peak freshness and flavor. Pre-order opens from every Monday to Friday by 10PM.

Pick up your order at 1062GS in Amsterdam on Sundays. You’ll receive a confirmation email with the exact address after placing your order.

Returns & Refunds

Because our products are perishable and made fresh to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once the order has been received.

However, we want you to love your bread as much as we do. If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or not as expected, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number at seasaltnbutter@gmail.com. We’ll do our best to make it right through a replacement or refund.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled or changed by 10PM every Friday. After that, ingredients are already prepared and we cannot guarantee changes or refunds.
