I’m a passionate baking enthusiast, and this little space is where I unwind, experiment, and create the kind of bread I’ve always craved but could never find in Amsterdam—especially one close to my heart: salt bread (also known as shio pan).
Baking brings me peace of mind, and my mission is simple—to share that joy through soft, buttery, Asian-style salt bread that’s full of comfort and flavor. If you're a fan of that rich, pillowy texture and a perfect balance of savory and sweet, I think you’ll love what I’ve been baking.
Because this is my passion project outside of my 9-to-5, I currently bake only by pre-order and every Sunday. Each batch is made in small quantities to ensure the best quality and freshness. For now, it’s pickup in Amsterdam only! Once things become more stable, I hope to offer shipping or delivery options so more people can enjoy this little taste of home!
